  • Content creation (videos, branding, copywriting)

  • Digital consultation and marketing strategies

Each service is customized based on the client’s specific needs. A formal agreement or invoice will outline the scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables.

2. Client Responsibilities

By working with 4Trusting, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information and materials required to fulfill the project

  • Respond to feedback requests in a reasonable timeframe

  • Make payments as per the agreed-upon terms

  • Avoid any misuse, redistribution, or unauthorized resale of services delivered

Delays caused by lack of input or late approvals may affect delivery timelines without liability to us.

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise

  • Invoices must be paid in full before the final delivery of work

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of service

  • For monthly plans, billing recurs automatically unless canceled in writing

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and deliverables remain the property of 4Trusting until full payment is received

  • After payment, ownership is transferred to the client for intended use

  • 4Trusting may use work samples in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed

5. Revisions and Modifications

  • Revisions are included as stated in the package or quote

  • Additional revisions outside of the original scope may be billed separately

  • Significant changes to the brief after project commencement may require a new agreement or fee

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Our services are non-refundable once the work begins. Please refer to our [Refund and Returns Policy] for full details. Cancellation of monthly services requires 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the service

  • Loss of data, profits, or business interruptions

  • Third-party issues including hosting, plugins, or platforms beyond our control

8. Confidentiality

All client data, project details, and communication will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
