Refund and Returns Policy – 4Trusting

Thank you for choosing 4Trusting as your provider of professional services, including but not limited to web design and development, social media management, content production, and brand identity creation. We deeply value your trust in our capabilities and aim to provide a professional experience that justifies your time and investment.

As all our services are custom-tailored and built specifically for each client, it is important to clarify our refund and returns policy in extensive and exhaustive detail to avoid any future misunderstandings and to protect the contractual relationship between both parties.


1. Lengthy Yet Necessary Introduction

All services provided by 4Trusting are categorized as custom, intangible services. We do not sell physical products, downloadable files, or any tangible goods. Each project we begin is initiated only after careful study of the client’s needs, allocation of resources, and development of a custom work plan. Consequently, any work started is considered an irreversible commitment of time and resources.

Therefore, our refund and returns policy falls under the principle of “clarity and firmness,” and is non-negotiable once the project has commenced in any form, whether through file exchange, kickoff meeting, idea proposal, or time allocation.


2. Extremely Rare Cases for Refund

While our policy generally excludes refunds, there are a few strictly limited cases that may be considered:

  • A payment was made, but no work was started or delivered.

  • Duplicate payment was made for the same invoice.

  • A project was agreed upon, but no contract was signed and no team member initiated communication.

Important Note: All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment to our official email. Late or verbal requests will not be reviewed or acknowledged.


3. Scenarios Where Refund Is Not Granted Under Any Circumstances

  • Any portion of the work has already begun (even research or planning).

  • The client delayed providing assets, approvals, or essential information.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences or expectations not defined in writing.

  • Requests for out-of-scope modifications were not fulfilled.

  • Partial use of a monthly subscription or retained services.

  • The final output met all agreed deliverables but was disliked for reasons of taste.


4. Cancellation Policy (For One-Time Projects and Subscriptions)

  • One-Time Projects: Can only be canceled before any form of work begins. If any task is initiated, the project is considered active and non-refundable.

  • Monthly Subscriptions or Ongoing Contracts: Requires a written cancellation request at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. If billing has already occurred, service continues through the paid period with no refunds.

Note: Lack of communication does not constitute an automatic cancellation. The client is responsible for sending a cancellation request within the deadline.


5. Dispute Resolution and Professional Conduct

If any misunderstanding or dissatisfaction arises, we strongly encourage contacting us directly before seeking external channels. Most issues are easily resolved through transparent, direct communication.

Escalating an issue without prior discussion is considered unprofessional and counterproductive, especially in a service model built on collaboration and trust.
